Non-executive ChairmanDr. Gerald is a mining engineer and Chief Geologist with 35 years of broad international experience, predominantly in precious and base metals across Asia and Australia. He has been the Non-Executive Director of Barrick Gold Mining Corporation since 2011.

Financial and Chief AccountantMrs. Anita is a well-known and respected executive in the Eastern and Central African business community. She graduated with a Bachelor of Accountant from the University of Dar EsSalaam, Tanzania in 1995 before she joined CPA holder in Brigham Young University and received her Chartered Accountant designation the following years.
